The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was also very quiet. No traffic noise or noise from other rooms.
The beds are super comfortable and the room was very clean. The location is key for being able to enjoy Manitou Springs and all the fun things to do in the area. Despite the hotel being older, it is well taken care of and I would stay again for sure!
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location was perfect for us, as we had plans to do things in every direction from Manitou Springs. It was nice to be within walking distance of downtown, and still be close to a major highway (US 24)
Room was very large and clean. Lots of places to hang things and lots of surfaces for suitcases and other items without being crowded. Great location. Close to Garden of the God's and Hwy 24. Was able to walk to dinner in Manitou Springs. Plenty of places to plug in electronics.
All staff we interacted with were friendly & helpful! Great location to downtown Manitou Springs, Manitou & Pikes Peak Cog Railway, & SunWater Spa, & Manitou Incline. Really good Italian restaurant next door.
EVERYTHING! Check in was a breeze. The young lady was very helpful with dinner plans & directions. Room was very clean & comfortable

Everything was just fine, but motels charge more money than they are worth. We don't want to buy the motel; just sleep there.
Location was great, the beds were comfy, room was big and had a nice sitting area.
Close to downtown Manitou and price was fair. Also the reviews were good
